Ignite Talent UK is run by Josie Brightwell who founded the agency 8 years ago.

Ignite Talent UK is run by Josie Brightwell who founded the agency 8 years ago.
“I decided to start Ignite Talent when I was working with a number of extremely talented young performers who I believed could thrive in the industry. I wanted to create a small bespoke agency for special young actors with the focus being on coaching and guiding them myself directly. I believe by having this hands on approach, I am able to really nurture each talent and get to know their casting very well, which in turn gives each client the best chance of success. I’m also excited by spotting talent that might have gone undetected in other settings.
I trained in Acting at The Central School of Speech and Drama and I continue to work as an actress in the industry, so I’m passionate about using my background to help train these fantastic young actors.
Being a part of Ignite is a real collaboration and I work closely with parents and the young people to make sure their well-being is a priority as well as gaining professional work.”
